Hello I am Omar Faruk, born in 1988, is a photo journalist, Portrait & life style photographer and visual artist. I completed my academic study in B.A hons and M.F.A (Drawing & Painting) from Institute of Fine Arts, University of Chittagong. Beside my graduation i completed Diploma in photography from photoart institute, photo bank, Chittagong. I started my photographic career with “Fineartsbd” an online portal. I worked for Orange visuals an advertising agency. Now working as a Government photographer in Chattogram Veterinary And Animal Sciences University (CVASU), Public relations and publications Department. And renowned photo stock agency named Getty Images.

I am a founder of Chittagong University photographic society.
My works have been exhibited in a number of group exhibitions both in Bangladesh and abroad..
